Pay as you go, fee for service rate

  • Rate 400 an hour
  • While we intentionally keep a small panel of patients in order to have the availability to serve our clients timely and in the discrete, detailed and often time intensive manner luxury healthcare demands, fee for service appointments are on a limited availability, schedule permitting basis as scheduling priority goes to clients who have purchased monthly and yearly memberships.

Monthly Membership

$400
/ month

$400/mo and includes

  • 1 medical visit (health discussion, physical exam, assessment as well as ordering necessary tests, medications, specialty consultations, therapies etc and providing empowering education about your diagnoses) a month toward your primary health goals,
  • basic labs,
  • response to medical questions/concerns within 24 hours by phone or electronic portal,
  • hospital or ER follow-up visits in person or via telemedicine within 72 hours of hospital discharge
  • 1 wellness treatment a month (from menu above),
  • Pre-operative or surgical clearance evaluations within 72 hours of request (including EKG in office and review of Chest X-ray report) to accelerate scheduling of your elective surgeries
  • coordination of care including review of outside labs, specialist notes, imaging reports and hospital records as requested
  • all summarized into a living document we craft together that provides a summary of your health history and active issues, including your medications, which can serve as a roadmap to a healthier you as well as streamline your experience in healthcare providing extra protection against duplication of services, medical errors, and potential cost savings.
